Responsibilities

Drive design leadership and engineering excellence on vercel.com
Contribute to design process and build modular systems
Work with designers, marketers, and engineers
Lead technical roadmap for acquisition surfaces
Mentor other design engineers

Requirements

5+ years of development experience
Strong programming skills
Excellent understanding of Next.js and Vercel
Experience with CMS platforms and analytics
Skills in graphic design
