Position Overview

As the Engineering Manager for Notion's Search Quality & Ranking team, you'll lead a team of engineers to build and improve the search experience that millions of Notion users rely on every day. As Notion scales—supporting over 100 million customers—search becomes even more critical. Search at Notion is critical infrastructure that powers not just the navigational user experience, but also serves as the foundation and memory for AI capabilities.
